3 Ways to Overcome Bad Breath

Breath odor is not pleasant. You’ll often hear it. When you talk to people who have bad breath is not pleasant, you would be bothered. You do not want that happening to you right? Breath that smells would make your confidence down.
Halitosis – the term for bad breath – can be caused by eating food that smells, indigestion and bacterial growth around the mouth.
1. Tooth Brush Before Sleep and Wake
When you wake up, the mouth must smell, it is because the mouth is dry and dead cells accumulate. Brushing the teeth is the first thing you should do after waking and before going to bed, to eliminate the germs that develop around the teeth, gums and tongue.
Use a toothpaste containing stannous fluoride or zinc to combat microorganisms. Fluoride can make teeth resistant than bacteria. Toothpaste containing zinc can bind to and neutralize the sulfuric compounds.
2. Gum and Mint Breath Freshener Sprays
Coffee, salty foods and onions can make halitosis. In an emergency, immediately overcome the smell of your mouth is not pleasant to chew gum or a mint breath freshener spray. Make sure the chewing gum and breath freshener sprays do not contain sugar that actually make oral bacteria to grow. If not managed well, rub the back of the tongue with a toothbrush or a tongue scraper, so that food debris and bacteria disappear.
3. Mint leaves, Cinnamon and Cloves
In addition to brushing, there are natural ways to make a fresh breath. Mint leaves, cinnamon and cloves are a natural alternative that can eliminate bad breath. You can refine these materials and mix with drinking water.
